Day Six at Sea

Day Six at Sea:

This morning Drew and I got up and worked out first thing (wasn’t the same without you, Anna and Morgan) and then went to class. After that was lunch and then our whole group participated in or watched the adult dodgeball tournament. Our boys took home first place – we’ve won a lot of gold medals on this ship so far! After that, we went back to class for a little while then it was time to hit the pool deck for a few hours. We expected it to be really cold today because we’re getting further up North but today was the hottest day since Miami! I got a lot of sun today.

Then, Caitlin and Alyssa and Sam and I went up to sweet Barbara’s room for her to do our hair for dinner so that was really fun getting to talk to her – she’s so awesome. Then we went to dinner which was absolutely delicious as always…the desserts on the menu tonight were so good that almost everyone ordered two!

After dinner, we all went to the casino to cheer Drew on in his endeavors to win his money back from Black Jack – he made some good progress J Then everyone went to go play basketball but I was so exhausted I hung back in the room to type this up and call it a night early.

We’re slowly changing time zones so about every other night we lose an hour so it’s making me really really tired. I’m a little homesick tonight too – just missing everyone I love back home.
